  • Can I order blank items through Createworkwear.com?
  • Yes, you can. Browse away!

  • How do I order the same customisation in two different positions?
  • Once you've added the logo to the first position, you will see it in the 'personalise your product' section (step 2 on the product page). Just click on the logo, and it will ask you which additional position you want to add it to. Want to see this in action?

  • Can I customise two of the same product, in the same size and colour, with different designs?
  • Yes, you can. Once you've added your item to the cart, click continue shopping, and you can create your new design.

  • Can I repeat a previous order?
  • Sure! Log into your account and go to 'order history'. Find the order you want to repurchase and select 'order again'.

  • How much does delivery cost?
  • FREE delivery on all orders over £75. If your order is less than this, there is a £5 delivery charge.

  • What is your lead time for personalised orders?
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days. Don't worry, we will give you a heads up and send you a notification when your order is dispatched.

  • What format do you accept for artwork?
  • We accept most file formats: AI, EPS, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, SVG. If you don't have your logo in one of these formats, give us a call and our artwork experts will be able to help you out.

  • Can I get samples before I place my order?
  • You can order a plain sample of any of the garments. Samples are purchased like any normal order through our website, but don't worry, you can return them for a full refund once you have checked that you are happy with the garment.

  • Do you have a minimum order requirement?
  • No, you can order just one product.

  • Do you offer click and collect?
  • Not at the moment. Do you think we should? Let us know here.

  • Do you have national coverage?
  • Yes! We will deliver to you, wherever you are in the UK. Check our delivery and returns page for more information.

  • How do I add my embroidery or print to my order?
  • It's easy! Select the product, choose the colour, click 'personalise now', and it will let you add print or embroidery.

  • Can I request embroidery or print on any item?
  • Most items can be embroidered or printed; however, some products will have restrictions. If embroidery or print is not available on a certain product, then the option will not be given.

  • Can I return a product if I added my design to it?
  • Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of personalised products unless we have made a mistake.

  • How do I return a faulty item?
  • Simply go to 'my account' at the top of the website and raise a return request.

  • What wash setting should I use for print or embroidery?
  • Please see below instructions for washing. Please use these or the garment wash care guideline, whichever one is lower in heat. Print:

    Wash at or below 30 degrees

    Do not bleach

    Do not tumble dry

    Iron at low temperature

    Do not dry clean

    Embroidery:

    Wash at or below 95 degrees

    Do not bleach

    Tumble dry at low temperature

    Iron at medium temperature

    Dry clean with any solvent except Trichloroethylene Delicate
