At Create Workwear, our dedicated production team collaborates with customers every day to ensure their artwork shines when printed or embroidered on a garment. We want to provide you with some essential information about artwork to assist you when making your order.

Accepted File Types

To ensure smooth processing, we can accept files in the following formats, with a maximum file size of 10Mb: Jpeg, jpg, png, tiff.

Artwork Quality and Resolution

For the best results, we recommend uploading the highest quality and resolution version of your logo/design that you have available. If we believe that the provided artwork may produce a poor quality outcome, we'll reach out to you to discuss the best way forward. If needed, we can convert (re-draw) your file to a suitable format for a fee of £25.00. Rest assured, we'll notify you and seek your confirmation before proceeding with any modifications.

For printing, the maximum width we can accommodate is 30cm. This gives your design plenty of space to shine!

If you opt for embroidery, please note that the maximum width we can work with is 25cm. This ensures that your embroidered design looks fantastic and stands out once completed.

Remember, when selecting the width for your design, the height will be automatically adjusted proportionately to maintain the perfect balance. We're here to help you create stunning garments, so if you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Removing Image Backgrounds

If your design requires background removal, file types such as png and tiff support image transparencies. It's advisable to use one of these formats if you need to remove the background.

In case you don't have one of the above formats, when you upload a new image, there are multiple options available to remove the background.

Printing and Embroidery Limitations

Depending on the customisation type you select, there may be certain limitations to consider. For instance, designs with colour gradients or intricate details cannot be embroidered. However, unlike other websites that simply reject such orders, our experienced team will collaborate with you after you place your order to modify your design and ensure the best outcome.

If you have a specific Pantone colour preference for your printed design, please make sure to specify it when placing your order. In your basket you'll find a section where you can add any additional notes or special instructions.
